Micro Metals is hiring a reliable and detail-focused Accounts Payable Clerk to support our accounting operations. This role is responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate and timely vendor payments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Process invoices and outgoing payments in accordance with company policies

Verify, code, and accurately enter accounts payable data

Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies

Maintain organized digital and physical financial records

Generate reports related to accounts payable and aging

Support month-end close and audit requests

Ensure compliance with W-9 documentation, sales tax, and internal controls

Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues

Provide general administrative support as needed

What We're looking For

  • Experience in accounts payable, "AP", or accounting support required
  • Experience managing high-volume invoice processing strongly preferred
  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
