Job description

Auto Auction of New England, Inc, a family owned business serving New England for over 25 years, is seeking highly motivated people to join our team, those who take pride in their work and is efficient without sacrificing quality.  Apply today and become part of our family! 

We have an immediate opening for a lot attendant to work full time in our operations department.  We are looking for a detail orientated, self motivated, hard working person to fill the important position.

  • Our lot attendant team members are making between $15-$18+ per hour, average pay is $16.50 an hour. 

*Compensation is based off an hourly rate plus performance bonus. 

Responsibilities:

  • Work with our entire outside operation team to organize our lot for our weekly auction
  • Assist customers as needed
  • Verify all vehicles are marked and parked correctly
  • Direct a crew of drivers on auction day
  • Seasonal tasks as needed (Snow removal)
  • Use of various equipment
  • Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Friendly and customer service focused.
  • Reliable.
  • Able to walk and stand for long periods of time as well as work outside.
  • Able to work in all weather conditions.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check.
