UniGroup’s Seasonal Associate roles support critical business functions during peak periods. These positions are ideal for individuals looking for hands-on experience in a professional, fast-paced environment while contributing to meaningful work.

Seasonal Associates are aligned to one primary area of support, based on business needs and individual strengths.

What You Might Support:

 

Depending on assignment, Seasonal Associates may:

  • Assist teams with scheduling, coordination, and daily operational tasks
  • Provide customer or agent support through phone, email, or internal systems
  • Help track, document, and resolve issues in a timely and organized manner
  • Support data entry, reporting, or basic analysis tasks
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service delivery

Qualifications:

 

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–2 years of related experience (customer service, administrative support, operations, or similar)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Comfort learning new systems and processes

Preferred

  • Previous seasonal or customer-facing experience
  • Interest in business operations, logistics, or customer experience
  • Basic experience with Microsoft Office or similar tools
