Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Seasonal Assistant to support our team during the busy summer turnover season. This role is critical in preparing our units for mass move-outs and move-ins. The ideal candidate is flexible, detail-oriented, and ready to jump in wherever needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Community Manager and Maintenance Team with day-to-day turnover tasks
  • Move, assemble, and disassemble furniture as needed
  • Replace light bulbs and perform minor repairs
  • Paint and touch-up unit interiors
  • Clean and prepare units for incoming residents
  • Complete basic administrative tasks and documentation
  • Support general property upkeep and cleanliness
  • Carry out other duties as assigned to ensure units are move-in ready

  • Must be available full days from July 25 โ€“ August 14
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
