Michigan's Adventure is seeking energetic, safety-focused, and customer-oriented individuals to join our Attractions team as Ride Operators. Ride Operators are responsible for safely operating amusement rides, ensuring guests have a fun and memorable experience, and maintaining compliance with all park safety procedures and standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Operate assigned rides in accordance with park policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Conduct pre-opening, daily, and periodic ride safety inspections.
  • Monitor ride controls and guest behavior during operation.
  • Ensure guests meet ride height, health, and safety requirements.
  • Clearly communicate ride instructions, rules, and safety information to guests.
  • Load and unload guests efficiently while maintaining safety standards.
  • Respond professionally to guest questions, concerns, and special requests.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Report ride malfunctions, safety concerns, or incidents to supervisors immediately.
