Ride Operators are responsible for safely operating amusement rides, ensuring guests have a fun and memorable experience, and maintaining compliance with all park safety procedures and standards.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesOperate assigned rides in accordance with park policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.Conduct pre-opening, daily, and periodic ride safety inspections.Monitor ride controls and guest behavior during operation.Ensure guests meet ride height, health, and safety requirements.Clearly communicate ride instructions, rules, and safety information to guests.Load and unload guests efficiently while maintaining safety standards.Respond professionally to guest questions, concerns, and special requests.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Report ride malfunctions, safety concerns, or incidents to supervisors immediately.Work effectively with team members and supervisors to deliver exceptional guest experiences.Follow all company policies regarding safety, attendance, and workplace conduct.
