Job description

The Baywatch & Beach Haus Resorts are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our year-round team. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service to our guests, while also handling routine administrative tasks to ensure smooth and accurate hotel operations.
Responsibilities of the Housekeeping Supervisor include:
  • Work with Housekeeping Manager to supervise and coordinate the activities of room attendants, laundry attendants and housemen
  • Work with Housekeeping Manager to assist with preparing and distributing room assignments and keys to housekeeping staff
  • Inspect guest rooms, update room status and find opportunities for service improvements
  • Assist housekeepers with room assignments and tasks as needed
  • Answer guest requests promptly
  • Work with Housekeeping Manager to both oversee and execute department projects
  • Maintain high quality of housekeeping standards in all areas of the hotel
  • Submit requests for repair of cleaning equipment

Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year Hotel Cleaning experience
  • Experience (preferred, but not required) with hotel operating applications.
  • Customer service positive attitude and professionalism.
