Job description

Amazon Worldwide Operations is looking for a Program Manager to support field Reliability, Maintenance and Engineering (RME) and Building Excellance Management (BXM) colleagues by overseeing the delivery of hard (building assets and infrastructure, e.g. HVAC, electrical, drainage systems) and soft (janitorial, waste, pest control, snow removal) facilities services at operational sites.
This person will own strategic, tactical, cross-functional, and technology projects and programs within Amazon NA Fulfillment Centers (NACF). This role requires scoping and creating project plans, developing processes, coordinating and driving execution, and communicating to senior management on status, risks and process/product changes

Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential.
Key job responsibilities
This person will play a crucial role to ensure that base building maintenance and soft services meet standards across the network, guaranteeing compliance, safety, and minimal downtime.
Work with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), for significant cost drivers and mitigation
Support field RME and BXM colleagues, overseeing the delivery of hard (building assets and infrastructure, e.g. HVAC, electrical, drainage systems) and soft (janitorial, waste, pest control, snow removal) facilities services at operational sites.
Provide tools for local teams to manage the performance of soft and hard services
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to site-based facilities leads as technical vendor manager to measure high performance via KPIs and SLAs.
Act as escalation point for safety, quality of service, and downtime incidents &
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Field RME, Procurement, and Finance.
Dive Deep into service and asset performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Support the rollout of initiatives to improve services, e.g. process changes, technology deployments, sustainability initiatives.
Develop and lead pilots to improve services ahead of regional rollouts.
Collaborate with launching sites to ensure facility services are secured in a timely manner.
Effectively manage many complex projects and tasks simultaneously while exerting influence and fostering relationships across various organizational levels, including senior leadership.
Developing and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Participate in regular meetings with stakeholders, sites and OEMs to seek feedback and provide updates to RME Leadership.
