RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead the search experience across the site, including search for homes, schools, neighborhoods, condo buildings and agents.
  • Own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Homes AI features across Homes.com.
  • Contribute to the vision for what home search could be, including the application of AIโ€‘based search functionality and utilization of large language models (LLMs), natural language processing and conversational search.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage and connect Homes AI with our ML roadmap to improve home search, personalization, recommendations, and user engagement.
  • Drive feature development from start to finish, this includes writing user stories (requirements), prioritizing releases, maintaining a product roadmap and backlog, and creating release notes.
  • Influence and manage the product roadmap for the product area that you manage.
  • Define the analytics and key performance indicators necessary to continually improve the search experience.
  • Solicit user feedback to improve and refine the user experience.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of digital Product Management experience with a proven track record delivering industry leading products and solutions, with a primary focus on consumer search experiences.
  • Expertise in designing and managing the search experience for a heavily visited consumer website or application.
  • Knowledge of best practices and concepts related to filtering, sorting, search result relevance, map functionality.
  • Experience defining and detailing product requirements and launching products/functionality enhancements to meet customer needs.
  • Experience with consumer engagement data analytics.
  • Demonstrated history of working directly with software development teams, technical managers and UX designers to ship new features and improvements.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience creating wireframes & mock ups to visually convey and inspire product ideas.
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited, notโ€‘forโ€‘profit, in person, University or College.
  • A track record of commitment to prior employers.
PREFERRED QUALIFCATIONS AND SKILLS
  • 8+ years of digital Product Management experience with a proven track record delivering industry leading products and solutions, with a primary focus on consumer search experiences.
  • Experience with natural language processing, large language models, conversational search, chat bots.
  • Experience managing a team of product managers and data analysts.
  • Residential Real Estate domain knowledge.
