Job description

Job Overview

As a Paid Search Director at Click Here Digital, you will manage a team of paid search analysts. While collaborating with the Sr. Paid Search Director, you will be the driver of team engagement and success.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of paid search analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of paid search campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Paid Media Technical Director to ensure team priorities are aligned with company and client goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of paid search campaigns.
  • Manage key accounts individually
  • Provide additional support on onboarding accounts
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify trends to make data-driven decisions.
  • Plan team account allocations and transitions.
  • Oversee training progression of new hires and conduct inspection of training documentation.
  • Assist with mid-month and end-of-month analyst note QA.
  • Provide regular progress of team performance.
  • Participate in routine external partner calls (Google, Incubeta, CallRail, etc.)
  • Take ownership of tasks required for completion of website migrations
  • Stay up to date with changes in search engine algorithms and ad platforms, adjusting strategies accordingly.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience managing paid search campaigns, in an agency environment
  • Experience managing and leading a team
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads and Google Analytics, and other relevant paid search campaigns.
  • Deep technical knowledge and understanding of Paid Search/SEM
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and strategies to clients and team members.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, GMail, GChat).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, Digital Advertising, or equivalent experience.
  • Agency experience
  • Experience in automotive, legal, and/or medical verticals
  • Ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously
