Our client, a private architecture and design practice, is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support proposals, communications, and business development activities. This position will help present the firm's capabilities through clear, polished, and visually engaging materials.

• Coordinate proposals, qualification packages, presentations, and interview materials.
• Maintain employee resumes, project descriptions, photography, and marketing collateral.
• Support responses to requests for proposals and qualifications.
• Update website content, social media, newsletters, and internal communications.
• Maintain client and opportunity information within the CRM system.
• Assist with award submissions, conferences, sponsorships, and industry events.
• Coordinate with architects and leadership to gather technical content.
• Review materials for accuracy, consistency, grammar, and brand alignment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.

2+ years of marketing, proposal, or communications experience.

Experience within architecture, engineering, construction, or professional services preferred.

Proficiency with Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office.

Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and visual communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate input from several contributors.

Familiarity with CRM or proposal management systems preferred.

Annual salary of $52,000 to $66,000.
