We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our growing team in Shelton, Connecticut. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional with agency recruiting experience who is looking to build a rewarding career with unlimited earning potential.


About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and placing top engineering and technical talent for our clients across a wide range of industries, including aerospace, defense, construction, automotive, manufacturing, medical technology, energy, nuclear, industrial, and information technology.

The ideal candidate is competitive, coachable, results-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires strong sourcing skills, the ability to build relationships with candidates, and a proactive approach to recruiting hard-to-find talent.


Responsibilities

  • Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through job boards, databases, social media, networking, and direct outreach
  • Recruit and place engineering and technical professionals from initial sourcing through placement
  • Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and reference checks
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through placement
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within company systems
