We are looking to hire a Professional Recruiter to help support our Local and National executive job searches. This is a full-time position that would require steadfast dedication to our team.

  • This person would be responsible for using a wide variety of platforms to help source top level professional talent in the manufacturing industry.
  • This person would have to be computer savvy being able to utilize various platforms like; (LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, Referrals, Social Media Platforms and our Internal CRM Database which is Bullhorn.)
  • This person would be responsible for developing and building relationships with candidates, directly recruiting candidates in our market & pre-screening them for current job openings that we are working on.
  • This person would then be responsible for full cycle recruiting from the initial start to finish which includes: direct recruiting of applicants, prescreening applicants, interviewing and applicant, qualifying the applicant for the job, getting the applicant prepared for the interview process, coaching and mentoring the applicant all the way down to securing an offer for the applicant and getting them connected to the employer.
