Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Performance & Growth Specialist to strengthen our digital presence, increase website traffic, and improve lead conversion. This role is focused on SEO, analytics, and website performance, working alongside our creative/brand lead to create a fully connected and high-performing marketing engine.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:

SEO & Search Visibility

  • Improve search engine rankings and overall online visibility 
  • Optimize website pages, content, and structure for SEO 
  • Identify and execute opportunities to increase high-quality organic traffic 
  • Monitor keyword performance and adjust strategy accordingly 

Website Management & Optimization

  • Make routine website updates without reliance on outside developers 
  • Improve site performance, speed, and user experience 
  • Create and optimize landing pages for promotions, inventory, and campaigns 
  • Conduct A/B testing on pages and calls-to-action to improve conversion rates 

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance across: 
  • Website traffic (Google Analytics or similar) 
  • Social media channels 
  • Email and SMS campaigns 
  • Paid advertising efforts 
  • Turn data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations 
  • Provide consistent, easy-to-understand reporting to leadership 
  • Identify what's working, what's not, and where to invest 

Marketing Strategy & Funnel Optimization

  • Connect marketing channels into a cohesive customer journey 
  • Improve conversion paths from first interaction to lead/sale 
  • Collaborate with creative/brand lead to align messaging and execution

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, or growth marketing 
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and tools 
  • Experience with Google Analytics (or similar platforms) 
  • Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies 
  • Experience managing or updating websites 
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills 
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize high-impact initiatives 

Preferred Qualifications
