  • Ensure creative assets and messaging align with brand guidelines while introducing fresh, on-brand ideas.
  • Stay current on social media trends, platform features, and best practices, contributing ideas to improve engagement and content performance.
  • Support website content updates and digital ad campaign deployment as needed, including basic SEO knowledge to incorporate updates such as page copy, keywords, internal links, and blog content.
  • Monitor performance using analytics and platform tools such as Meta Insights, email/SMS reporting, and social media analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Creative design and copywriting skills, with the ability to follow brand guidelines while contributing fresh ideas.
  • Ability to write and create content for multiple brands, switching between brand voices while preserving accuracy, consistency, and audience fit.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to proofreading, accuracy, and quality.
  • Comfort using design and scheduling tools such as Canva, Adobe, and Sprout.
  • Strong project coordination skills and willingness to assist with vendor communication.
