The Paid Media Manager supports the execution of marketing efforts, including search engine optimization (SEO), content performance, and social media initiatives, to help increase brand visibility and engagement. Assists with keyword research, content optimization, performance tracking, and reporting to understand what is driving traffic and audience growth. Monitors results, monitoring dashboards, and helping identify trends or issues to share with more senior team members.
Responsibilities
  • Develops integrated search plans across organic SEO and paid search (SEM), aligning keyword, content, and bidding strategies to business goals.
  • Identifies and prioritizes SEO opportunities, including keyword optimization, page structure improvements, internal linking, and metadata refinement.
  • Tracks performance metrics against KPIs and provides actionable insights. Translates search results into recommendations and related action plans.
  • Collaborates closely with stakeholders and peers across the enterprise to support marketing efforts and coordinated execution.
  • Stays current on search engine algorithm changes, platform updates, and industry trends, proactively adjusting strategies to mitigate risk and capture opportunity.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), or performance marketing.
  • Proven experience developing and managing integrated paid search campaigns, including keyword strategy, bidding optimization, audience targeting, and budget allocation aligned with business objectives.
  • Strong knowledge of search engine marketing (SEM) and search optimization principles, including keyword research, landing page optimization, and performance improvement strategies.
  • Experience using digital marketing and analytics platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools to monitor and optimize campaign performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign data, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights and recommendations that improve traffic, engagement, conversions, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally with marketing, content, analytics, product, and business teams to execute integrated campaigns.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of search engine algorithms, advertising platform updates, digital marketing trends, and industry best practices, with the ability to adapt strategies to maximize performance and mitigate risk.
