Job description

The Opportunity: The Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Analyst works in the office and is responsible for helping execute tasks related to Fisher Investments' SEO and reputation management strategy. This includes reviewing content for alignment with assignment requirements, producing reports on the performance of SEO strategies, collecting data on FI and competitors' websites, proposing refinement to strategies based on observed metrics, maintaining team documentation, and performing other duties as assigned to support our reputation management strategies. The Day-to-Day: * Manages a program to ensure the elements are completely and efficiently meeting the business requirements * Manages all phases of various projects from envisioning through deployment * Reports on project and program performance to LCCD and other management * Identifies potential process improvements, recommends solutions, and implements solutions to improve the efficiency of the department * Coaches, mentors, and motivates junior team members * Works onsite, under direct supervision, in a team-based and open office environment Additional responsibilities may include: * Perform keyword research and competitive analysis * Prepare dashboards and regular reporting for management * Coordinate off-page activities like influencer outreach * Monitor and evaluate search results and performance across the major search channels * Develops new reports for senior LCCD management * Maintains specific documentation related to the firm's SEO activities including, but not limited to, policies & procedures, test results, and project plans * Communicates project updates and outcome to stakeholders outside the Reputation Team Your Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required * At least 3 years of digital organic marketing, public relations, or equivalent experience preferred * Highly developed qualitative and/or quantitative skills required * Ability to analyze various situations and develop creative solutions * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * High level of attention to detail * Ability to adapt to changes in a fast paced, team environment * Ability to prioritize workload and manage time across various tasks * Proficient in Microsoft Office software * Proficient with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript preferred * Proficient with SEO analysis tools such as ScreamingFrog, AHREFs, SEMRush, Moz, etc. preferred * Knowledge of website content and coding guidelines as provided by search engines with significant market share preferred Compensation: * $80,200 - $115,000 base salary per year in the state of WA.
