Job description

OverviewSunriver Realty is seeking a motivated Marketing Coordinator to support and elevate our brand presence at Sunriver Resort. This role plays a key part in executing marketing initiatives that showcase our exceptional properties, agents, and the unmatched Sunriver experience. The Real Estate Marketing Coordinator will work collaboratively with the Sunriver marketing team, vendors, and Sunriver Realty in a wide range of marketing tasks.

The Marketing Coordinator will always conduct him/herself in manner which supports the core values of Sunriver Resort: Trust, Open & Honest Communicatio, and Commitment. He/She/They shall strive to deliver exceptional service to all internal and external guests at all times. In this role, they are responsible for exemplifying the Sunriver Resort Culture and actively supporting our Vision and Mission to be the destination of choice for our guests, owners, and associates.

Responsibilities

Marketing:

  • Assist with the development and execution of marketing plans for Sunriver Realty.
  • Manage outsourced projects to completion.
  • Maintain and organize marketing folders and drives.

Social Media:

  • Assist in development and manage social media campaigns for all platforms (Facebook Instagram, Pinterest, Google+, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor social media channels for opportunities to engage with clients, tag images on Instagram, or repost Facebook mentions.
  • Gather social media analytics and report to manager.
  • Assist brokers with creating and maintaining their business social media pages.

Special Events:

  • Attend SR Realty signature events and provide social media coverage as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide support for all client/brokerage events.
  • Distribute event promotional materials, flyers, and signage on the property and out to the community.

Collateral:

  • Assist with the development and proofreading of all Realty marketing collateral, marketing packages magazine and newspaper ads, etc.
  • Distribute collateral on the property and in the community.
  • Act as primary liaison with printers to order collateral.
  • Evaluate collateral inventory needs and opportunities for cost efficiencies and process streamlining.

Website/E-commerce:  

  • Manage Sunriver Realty and broker websites. Ensure brand standards,SEO performance and product reliability. Clearly communicate with outside vendors to endure proper functioning of all websites.   
  • Monitor/review websites and social activity to seek out opportunities to improve client relationships and experience.

Results tracking:

  • Assist with compilation of monthly reports including ROI tracking, web metrics, social media engagement, etc.
  • Stay up to date on real estate marketing trends and methods.
  • Provide marketing training to team and brokers as needed.
  • Propose new marketing ideas to manager.
  • Ensure all brokerage advertising meets Oregon legal requirements.
  • Produce a superb work product in a professional manner in keeping with the standards of the company and the high-quality resort it is developing.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing-related role; or degree in marketing; or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • Experience real estate marketing highly desired;
  • High level of experience with Canva design software;
  • Strong proofreading and editing skills;
  • High proficiency in social media management (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest);
  • Accomplished, demonstrable written and oral communication skills;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Outlook;
  • Possess information and experience working with marketing related consultants;
  • Must acknowledge that the position is one of trust and confidence with fiduciary obligations to the company that include, without limitation, (a) a duty of undivided loyalty; (b) an obligation to act in good faith in exercising your job duties; and (c) the obligation not to enjoy personal gain at the expense of the Company.
