Job description

This position is for 7ten Digital Marketing, a Duckpin company.

Location: Hybrid/Driving distance to Towson, MD
Employment Type: Full-Time

About 7ten Digital Marketing

We're a digital marketing agency focused on SEO/AEO, PPC, and lead-generating websites for construction and home services businesses. Our mission is to deliver real results-qualified leads that help our clients grow.

The Role

We're looking for a hands-on Paid Media Specialist to manage, optimize, and grow paid advertising campaigns for our clients.

This is an execution-focused role. You'll be responsible for building campaigns, managing budgets, testing creative and messaging, monitoring performance, and making ongoing adjustments to improve lead quality and return on ad spend.

You'll work closely with our account, SEO, creative, and web teams to connect paid media strategy with landing pages, lead tracking, and broader client goals. You will also participate in client calls to explain campaign performance and recommend next steps.

This is a hybrid position. Candidates should be within driving distance of Towson, MD for occasional in-person meetings and team sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns
  • Manage campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Local Services Ads
  • Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitive analysis
  • Write and test ad copy, offers, calls to action, and campaign messaging
  • Develop campaign structures, bidding strategies, targeting, and budget allocations
  • Monitor spending, lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rates, and return on ad spend
  • Identify opportunities to improve lead quality and reduce wasted ad spend
  • Create and manage remarketing and audience-targeting campaigns
  • Coordinate landing page improvements with our design and development teams
  • Set up and QA conversion tracking, call tracking, and attribution workflows
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide clear, actionable reporting
  • Support client calls, discovery sessions, and performance reviews as needed
  • Stay current on paid media platform changes and advertising trends within the construction and home services industries

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, preferably within a digital marketing agency
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, including Search, Display, Performance Max, and conversion tracking
  • Strong understanding of keyword strategy, audience targeting, bidding, budgeting, and campaign optimization
  • Experience using Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
  • Ability to interpret campaign data and translate it into practical recommendations
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple active client accounts
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on lead generation, lead quality, and measurable business outcomes
  • Proven ability to execute and optimize campaigns, not just develop high-level strategy

Bonus Points

  • Experience working with construction, remodeling, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, or other home services businesses
  • Familiarity with call-tracking platforms such as CallRail
  • Experience with CRM and lead-management platforms
  • Familiarity with industry platforms such as JobTread, Buildertrend, or CoConstruct
  • Experience improving landing pages and conversion rates
  • Google Ads certifications

Perks & Benefits

  • Hybrid work setup
  • Flexible time off and paid holidays
  • Down-to-earth, results-driven team with a collaborative mindset
