Join the Team Behind the World’s Leading Class Management Software!

About the Role

iClassPro is seeking a highly autonomous Website Solutions Specialist to lead the technical quality and continued evolution of our Integrated website offering. This customer-facing role will own technical SEO, website readiness, launches, and complex troubleshooting while establishing scalable standards that improve quality, efficiency, and the customer experience. The ideal candidate combines advanced technical expertise with exceptional communication skills and is excited by the opportunity to help build and shape the future of iClassPro Integrated websites, with potential for broader leadership responsibility as the offering grows.

What You Will Do

  • Own website launch readiness and technical health across the Integrated Websites portfolio -- Conduct pre-launch reviews to ensure websites are responsive, functional, search-ready, and that critical customer journeys work as intended.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex website issues involving domains, platform configuration, responsive behavior, custom code, integrations, and third-party systems.
  • Serve as the Website team’s primary technical escalation resource and take ownership of issues through resolution.
  • Lead customer launch and troubleshooting calls, clearly explaining website, domain, DNS, SSL, SEO, and other technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Own technical SEO across integrated websites, including migrations, redirects, crawlability, indexation, site structure, performance, and overall technical health.
  • Partner with the Website Project Coordinator and collaborate with Product, Development, and Support when issues cross between integrated websites and the broader iClassPro platform.
  • Establish scalable standards, documentation, tools, and processes that improve website quality, efficiency, and consistency.
  • Help shape the long-term technical direction and differentiation of iClassPro’s Integrated Website offering.

What You Bring

  • Minimum of 5 years of of hands-on web development or web operations experience, including solid working proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (able to read, debug, and modify front-end code — not just “investigate” it).
  • Solid, applied technical SEO experience with migrations, redirects, crawlability, indexation, site structure, and technical health issues on live sites, ideally at some scale.
  • Strong understanding of domains, DNS, SSL, HTTPS, and website launch processes.
  • Experience launching, troubleshooting, and optimizing websites within a CMS, website builder, or white-label website platform.
  • Experience with technical SEO and diagnostic tools such as Google Search Console, PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse, or comparable platforms.
  • Comfortable communicating directly with customers — by phone, video, or in writing — to explain technical issues in plain language-- Prior experience owning full customer calls is a plus.
  • Proactive mindset with ability to work with minimal oversight that includes strong problem-solving, prioritization, and documentation skills.
  • Experience supporting multiple customer websites in a SaaS, agency, managed-websites, or multi-site environment. (Preferred)
  • Experience with Core Web Vitals, structured data, or accessibility optimization. (Preferred)
  • Experience developing reusable technical solutions, documentation, processes, or automation. (Preferred)
  • Interest in mentoring others (Preferred)

What We Bring

We believe in taking care of our people.

  • Highly competitive compensation package
  • Robust PTO - 27 total paid days off in the first year!
  • Comprehensive health benefits including employee fully paid medical premiums.
  • Generous 401(k) contribution - Better than a match! We contribute even if you are not able.
  • Fun company events that connect our team.
  • Career growth opportunities in a thriving, purpose-driven company.
