Are you passionate about helping people and creating exceptional customer experiences? iClassPro is looking for an enthusiastic and solutions-driven Customer Support Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience as a key part in shaping how customers feel about our brand. If you're a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves turning challenges into positive outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.
What You Will Do- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a friendly and timely manner
- Troubleshooting issues and guiding customers through product features and solutions
- Resolving concerns efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with internal teams to tackle more complex support cases
- Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- 2+ years of experience in a customer support role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities, especially in technical situations
- Ability to stay calm, empathetic, and professional under pressure
- Great attention to detail and solid organizational skills
- Experience using CRM or help desk platforms (a plus)
- Flexibility to work some Saturdays within a scheduled rotation
