As a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will contribute significantly to growth and innovation for the global leader in serving science. You'll be responsible for the strategy, execution and outcomes of best-in-class and integrated digital marketing that drive awareness and pipeline growth across our business units.

You will lead a dedicated global digital marketing team that includes web, marketing automation, paid and organic digital channels, search engine optimization (SEO), AI visibility and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), lead management and contact acquisition and enrichment. You will be responsible for driving our global digital presence, implementing new digital trends and capabilities and partnering with our businesses to ensure our digital marketing supports campaign objectives.

What you will do:

  • Lead 15+ global digital marketing team that builds and drives global digital marketing strategy, tactical execution and technology enablement to meet business objectives
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes to provide best practices in digital program development (web, marketing automation, paid and organic digital channels, SEO/AEO/GEO)
  • Drive holistic digital marketing data analysis and provide key recommendations to support optimization efforts
  • Manage digital marketing budget
  • Attract, grow and retain team talent and ensure team is evolving based on industry trends
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and privacy policies

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • 8 years' proven digital marketing experience in B2B with at least 3 years’ global digital marketing leadership experience
  • Experience working with multinational teams within a matrix organization
  • Strong digital marketing expertise across channels including web, social media, email, and search
  • Advanced analytical capabilities to measure campaign effectiveness and derive actionable insights

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to work effectively at all levels
  • Demonstrated success in collaboration across functions and regions
  • Strong budget management and financial acumen
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools
  • Ability to succeed in a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail
