Martz Bus is looking for a Marketing and Customer Engagement Manager to help strengthen our brand, expand customer engagement, and support continued business growth. Working closely with company leadership and Sales, you'll help develop creative marketing initiatives, analyze results, identify new opportunities, and support our scheduled service, charter, travel, and recruiting efforts.

No two days are exactly alike. One day you may be reviewing website analytics or planning a marketing campaign. The next day you could be creating content, improving our website, supporting a recruiting initiative, or developing new ways to enhance the customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have professional experience managing digital marketing initiatives, websites, social media, email marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, CRM platforms such as HubSpot (or similar), and marketing performance reporting. Candidates should also possess strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to successfully manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution, is motivated by results, and wants the opportunity to help build and grow our marketing efforts.
