Job Summary:
We're looking for a Marketing Technologist with 7-10 years of experience who knows the technical side of marketing inside and out. You should be comfortable building and optimizing landing pages, running A/B tests, creating and running email campaigns, and working inside CRM and marketing automation platforms without needing much direction.

This role sits across our family of brands, so you'll need to move between projects and priorities easily. A design background is a plus, but the most important thing is that you're a genuine self-starter who takes ownership of your work and gets it done.
Essential Duties and Responsibilites:
  • Manage A/B testing across multiple channel
  • Create and optimize landing pages
  • Make website updates as needed across our five brand sites, including building and updating templates
  • Find and fix website errors before they become a problem
  • Evaluate our brand websites through a conversion and user experience lens, with a real understanding of the business, goals, and objectives behind each one
  • Work within our CRM and marketing automation systems
  • Work independently and as part of a team to hit individual, brand, and department goals
  • Partner with brand leaders to strategize and plan digital marketing campaigns that actually work
  • Build and run email campaigns, including creating templates
  • Develop keyword ad copy, keyword lists, and campaign strategy that follows search engine guidelines and best practices while meeting brand goals
  • Run SEO audits across our brand sites and fix on-page issues like broken links, slow pages, and missing metadata
  • Keep an eye on how our brands show up in both traditional search and AI search tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, AI Overviews), and adjust content and site structure as that keeps changing
  • Use AI tools to work faster and smarter across content, testing, and reporting

Required Skills / Qualifications:

Required:
  • 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing technology
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort manipulating data in Excel
  • A true self-starter, comfortable working autonomously and staying motivated
  • Sharp organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A creative thinker who can also work independently
  • Design experience is a plus (Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
  • Comfortable working inside a CMS (WordPress or similar) - basic HTML/CSS is a bonus, not a requirement
  • Experience analyzing websites using tools like Google Analytics and other reporting platforms
  • Familiarity with SEO tools like Semrush, Screaming Frog, or Google Search Console
  • Comfortable using AI tools day-to-day and curious about how AI is changing search and marketing
  • A superior problem solver who genuinely likes figuring things out

Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Travel:
  • This role operates in a modern, hybrid work environment, utilizing technology such as laptops, video conferencing tools, cloud-based applications, and collaborative platforms. Flexibility for remote work is supported, while in-office settings may still involve the use of standard office equipment like computers, telephones, and printers.
  • The physical demands described here are representative of those required for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While carrying out job duties, the employee must regularly be able to speak clearly and hear effectively to communicate with others. The role also frequently requires standing, walking, using hands for fine motor tasks, and reaching with arms.
  • Possess a valid driver's license, a good driving record, and a serviceable vehicle suitable for business transportation.
  • Must be able to lift and move up to 10 pounds regularly.

Additional Information:
  • This job description is subject to change and may be adjusted to meet the company's needs.
  • Upon receiving an offer of employment, candidates will be required to undergo a background check and drug screening. Depending on the role, additional industry-specific skills testing may also be necessary prior to placement.
Aleron companies (Acara Solutions, Aleron Shared Resources, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, Viaduct) are an Equal Opportunity Employer. Race/Color/Gender/Religion/National Origin/Disability/Veteran.

Applicants for this position must be legally authorized to work in the United States. This position does not meet the employment requirements for individuals with F-1 OPT STEM work authorization status.
* The compensation range provided represents our good faith representation of the high and low pay range for this position.
