Job description

Position Summary The SEO Analyst will be primarily focused on reporting, analytics, and technical audits to drive data-driven SEO strategies for livingspaces.com. This role will collaborate closely with the in-house SEO team to implement optimization best practices and innovative ideas. The SEO Analyst will monitor search engine optimization (SEO) results, analyze website metrics, and support the development and implementation of comprehensive SEO strategies. These strategies will include data and technical analysis, on-page optimization, content gap analysis, internal linking, competitive research, and detailed reporting. The role requires strong experience in technical SEO auditing.Position Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

  • Performance Dashboards: Develop and manage performance dashboards using Adobe, Excel, Google Analytics, Botify, Google Data Studio, Big Query, and Tableau to report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • SEO Reporting and Automation: Build and automate complex SEO reports using tools such as Adobe, Excel, Botify, Smartsheet, Alteryx, Python, and SQL to drive SEO traffic growth.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of SEO data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights to enhance SEO strategies and drive traffic growth.
  • Competitive Analysis: Build competitive analysis reports to discover opportunities for growing E-Commerce traffic and analyse SEO performance for large-scale websites with 1M+ monthly unique visitors.
  • Ad Hoc Reporting and Projects: Manage and execute ad hoc reports and projects as needed, ensuring timely and accurate data analysis.
  • Technical SEO Audits: Conduct technical SEO site and website architecture audits, including the management of no-index tags, redirects, robots.txt, CMS pages, and XML sitemaps to improve website performance. Strong experience in technical SEO auditing is required.
  • Keyword and Traffic Monitoring: Track and monitor organic traffic trends, and Search Engine algorithm updates.
  • SEO Admin Tool Management: Oversee the SEO Admin tool, including the management of automated interlinking, redirects, noindex tags, and content blocks.
  • Technical Ticket Writing: Utilize strong communication and project management skills to interpret data into actionable tasks and write detailed Jira technical tickets. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of SEO strategies.

  • Tool Proficiency: Demonstrate deep knowledge of Adobe, Google Big Query, and Google Analytics to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.
Qualifications

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B. S.) or equivalent from four-year college in business, mathematics, technical field, or related field. 5+ years of experience in E-Commerce Digital analytics role using Google Analytics, Google Cloud, Tableau platforms. Prior experience analyzing SEO reports for a large-scale, 1M+ monthly unique visitors. Solid understanding of website design/development. Strong project management skills to successfully interpret data into actionable tasks. Working knowledge of EpiServer CMS or any e-commerce CMS platforms.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have proficient experience in Microsoft 365 products. Must have strong Excel and data visualization skills. Advanced experience in SEO tools, such as Screaming Frog, Botify, DeepCrawl, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Trends, STAT, Google Analytics, Alteryx, Tableau, and Jira is required. Must have advanced Botify or DeepCrawl website crawling/reporting experience. Basic proficiency with HTML and an understanding of JavaScript is necessary. Knowledge of Python and SQL programming languages is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Certificates and Licenses: Google Analytics, Adobe and Botify certification are preferred.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Position Hiring Range

The hiring pay range provides a good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage that Living Spaces expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, applicable and relevant skills and abilities, market demand, Company budget, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Living Spaces reserves the right to modify this page at any time.

Compensation: $81,675.00 - $108,900.00

Overtime pay is available for eligible, non-exempt Team Members.Reimbursement for expenses as required by applicable law and Company policy.Retail, Guest Services and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPI's.
