Common challenges include maintaining high productivity during busy periods, ensuring products are packed efficiently without compromising quality, and adhering to strict hygiene standards. To overcome these challenges, it's important to develop good time management skills, pay close attention to detail, and follow all safety and sanitation protocols. Regular communication with team members and supervisors also helps address issues quickly and maintain a smooth workflow.
