Job description

The Fresh Room Production Lead oversees and coordinates all daily functions within the Fresh Room, ensuring efficient operations in receiving, sanitation, cutting, packing, product processing, inventory control, and order preparation. This role is responsible for leading daily operations in the seafood cutting room, ensuring efficiency, product quality, and adherence to food safety standards.

Salary range $25-$30/hour, impressive benefits package!!

Schedule: Sunday - Friday from 2pm-10:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee seafood cutting operations to meet production targets and quality standards
  • Monitor and manage yields to reduce waste and maximize efficiency
  • Maintain inventory control of raw materials and finished goods
  • Plan and coordinate daily production schedules
  • Train, supervise, and support production team members
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations
  • Conduct quality inspections and address product issues promptly
