Position Summary:

 Are you passionate about seafood and fishing? Join our team at Seed to Table as a Seafood Associate and dive into an exciting opportunity to work with the freshest seafood in town! As a Seafood Associate, you’ll play an important role in creating an exceptional experience for our guests by maintaining a fresh, inviting seafood department and providing knowledgeable, friendly service. You’ll assist customers with selecting seafood, answer questions about products and preparation, maintain attractive displays, and ensure our seafood is handled with the highest standards of quality and freshness. If you have a passion for seafood, enjoy working with people, and take pride in delivering an outstanding product and experience, we’d love to have you on our team!

Requirements:

What We're Looking For:

  • Interest or knowledge in seafood and fishing.
  • Experience in fishing or seafood handling is a plus.
  • Enjoy providing friendly customer service.

  • Handle seafood with care.
  • Flexible hours, especially during busy seasons.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and kneeling throughout the shift
  • Comfortable working in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment with exposure to steam, flames, and cleaning agents
  • Manual dexterity to safely handle knives, tools, and equipment
  • Clear vision and hearing to ensure safety, accuracy, and effective communication
  • Ability to climb step stools or ladders as needed
  • Must be able to work on weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as scheduled

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Non-slip shoes are required for safety (not provided).
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Reliable transportation is a must.
