  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • High level of motivation and a results-driven approach
  • Willingness to work full-time in our Kansas City office
Nice To Have
  • Experience in a high-volume outbound prospecting or SDR role
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Experience selling or supporting SaaS solutions
  • Interest in the automotive industry or dealership operations
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth technology company
What Success Looks Like
  • Consistently meet or exceed activity and qualified-meeting targets
  • Build a healthy top-of-funnel pipeline through proactive outreach
  • Deliver a strong first impression that positions Numa well with prospects
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records
  • Develop the skills and habits needed to grow into a full-cycle sales role
Why Join Numa
  • We believe in everyone's growth.
  • Be part of an industry leader named the #1 fastest-growing AI Automotive company by Inc. 5000.
  • Represent category-defining AI technology that is transforming the automotive industry.
  • Join a high-growth organization with significant opportunities for career advancement.

  • Health, dental, and vision benefits
  • 401(k) plan

At Numa, you'll have the chance to launch your sales career representing game-changing technology in an industry that's ready for innovation. If you love starting conversations, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to make an impact at a high-growth company, we'd love to hear from you.
