WHAT YOU WILL DO
Own the strategy, execution, and evolution of Hyundai's flagship consumer website.
This role sits at the center of HyundaiUSA.com, leading crossfunctional teams, agencies, and vendors to deliver highvisibility digital initiatives that directly shape the brand's consumer experience. You'll operate with managerlevel authority, partner closely with senior leadership, and drive projects from concept through launch-at enterprise scale.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
  • Support Sr. Manager in leading H.com new initiatives and ongoing projects.
  • Serve as PMO Lead for assigned projects; manage PMO teams.
  • Lead SDLC execution (Plan, Define, Design, Develop, Test, Deploy, Stabilize) using Agile and Waterfall.
  • Support planning, development, upgrades, maintenance, and reporting for Marketing's digital destinations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, business stakeholders, IT, and external partners to ensure competitive, integrated digital experiences.
  • Ensure marketing production aligns with HMA strategy and timelines.
  • Manage Creative Agency of Record for integrated and standalone digital programs.
  • Define business requirements, scope, expectations, feedback, and approvals.
  • Integrate and optimize mobile, tablet, desktop sites, and mobile apps within HMA's ecosystem.
  • Manage vendors supporting creative strategy and execution; negotiate costs and timelines.
  • Create and present executivelevel PowerPoint briefings.
  • Provide routine status updates to Sr. Manager, Interactive Marketing.
  • Drive continuous process improvements to reduce content errors.
  • Coach, counsel, and develop staff; manage team time, materials, and budgets.
  • Serve as central point of contact for project and stakeholder communications.
  • Design and execute rigorous QA/testing procedures.
  • Build, manage, and communicate detailed project plans and success metrics.
  • Proactively resolve issues and take on emerging initiatives.
  • Support budget forecasting and maintenance.
  • Manage analytics reporting (HeyHyundai, T1 DRS, Pony 2.0, adhoc, as needed).
  • Manage and support Foreign Language sites, Web QC, backend, and thirdparty integrations.
  • Manage thirdparty vendors, contractors, and contracting.
  • Improve overall H.com process efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead formal RFI and RFP processes.
  • Exercise managerlevel authority with independent judgment on matters of significance.
  • Perform work directly related to management and general business operations.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, Master's degree a plus - preferably in Marketing and Business Management.
  • Six or more years of experience in digital strategy planning and operations in a consumer facing industry required.
  • Demonstrated experience managing digital products through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements definition, design, development, testing, release, and post-launch optimization required.
  • Four or more years of experience managing vendors required.
  • Four or more years of experience leading end-to-end digital product delivery, including backlog management, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, UX, and business stakeholders required.
  • Proven experience analyzing performance metrics (e.g. Adobe, G4 - Google Analytics, etc.) and provide periodic reporting to leadership required.
  • Experience managing direct or contract based employees required.
  • Strong understanding of digital architectures and technologies required.
  • Marketing agency management experience a plus.
  • Automotive industry experience a plus.
  • PMP a plus.
