Position Summary
Join Cedar Gate Technologies, an IQVIA business, as a Project Manager and help drive the future of value-based care. In this role, you'll deliver business value across large, complex strategic initiatives, including new product development, product integrations, client migrations, operational improvements, vendor onboarding, and Security/Risk compliance.

You'll ensure project alignment with our strategic direction while managing risks, issues, and cross project dependencies. Your work will span multiple workstreams and cross functional teams across countries and time zones.

We're looking for a Project Manager who is a true Change Champion, someone who can help define and advance our Enterprise SDLC/PMO practices, tools, and Center of Excellence to maximize performance and results. You'll also have opportunities to lead high visibility special projects in partnership with corporate executives.

Work Arrangement
Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead complex projects from planning through delivery, managing scope, schedule, budget, and resources to achieve defined business goals.
Collaborate with sponsors, business owners, and cross functional teams to establish clear project objectives, success criteria, and communication plans.
Drive execution across multiple workstreams, proactively managing risks, issues, and cross project dependencies.
Provide timely, transparent updates to stakeholders through progress reports, status communications, and executive level summaries.
Anticipate and manage changes in project scope while identifying conflicts and developing effective contingency plans.
Build strong relationships across the organization to secure alignment, influence outcomes, and support successful project delivery.
Conduct post project reviews and continuously refine project management practices, tools, and processes in partnership with the PMO.


Experience / Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of project management experience required (8+ years preferred), including planning and execution
2+ years in healthcare software development preferred
PMP or ScrumMaster certification - highly preferred
Proficient with project management methods, tools, and best practices
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technical, Liberal Arts, or equivalent education/experience
Strong verbal and written communication; skilled at influencing, motivating, and listening across all levels
Skilled at adapting to shifting priorities, managing conflict, and maintaining positive team dynamics as an independent contributor
Comfortable with common software and project management tools; quick to learn new technologies
Strong research, problem-solving, and organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks in high-pressure environments
Willing to travel for client meetings as needed, typically less than 20%
Experience with Waterfall and/or Agile Methodologies
Experienced leading cross-functional teams across multiple time zones for optimized results

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $76,000.00 - $190,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
