Job Title: Scrum Master 
Location: Fremont, CA (Onsite)

Duration - 12 Months
 

The Opportunity: We are seeking two experienced and highly motivated Scrum Masters to join our dynamic and growing team. These roles are critical to driving agile excellence within our Salesforce development initiatives. One position will primarily support our Sales Cloud team, and the other will focus on our Service Cloud team. Both roles require a strong understanding of Scrum principles, a passion for fostering high-performing teams, and a unique ability to bridge the gap between traditional software development (Fullstack) and the specialized Salesforce ecosystem (SFDC).
Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a servant leader and coach for two dedicated Scrum teams (Sales Cloud or Service Cloud).
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) effectively, ensuring team engagement and adherence to agile principles.
  • Coach the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality.
  • Coach the Product Owner in creating and maintaining clear and concise Product Backlog items, prioritizing effectively, and understanding the needs of stakeholders.
  • Foster an environment of continuous improvement and psychological safety.
  • Remove impediments and ensure the team is focused on delivering value.
  • Help the team understand and implement empiricism.
  • Leverage your experience with Fullstack development methodologies and challenges to facilitate communication and collaboration between Fullstack developers and Salesforce-specific developers.
  • Help the team navigate complexities inherent in integrating Salesforce with other systems and applications.
  • Facilitate discussions around technical debt, architectural considerations, and best practices that span both Fullstack and SFDC Domains

Salesforce Domain Expertise (Specific to Role):

  • For Sales Cloud Scrum Master: Understand the core functionalities of Salesforce Sales Cloud, sales processes, lead-to-cash cycles, and common integrations.
  • For Service Cloud Scrum Master: Understand the core functionalities of Salesforce Service Cloud, case management, knowledge bases, omni-channel support, and customer service workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor''s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master.
  • Proven experience working with software development teams that include both Fullstack developers and Salesforce developers (SFDC).
  • Demonstrable understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud OR Service Cloud functionalities and development ecosystem.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM) required.
  • Strong understanding of agile principles and values (Scrum, Kanban, XP).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to influence without authority and build strong relationships.
  • Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced Scrum certifications (CSPO, SAFe, LeSS, etc.).
  • Experience with Salesforce development methodologies (e.g., Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset).
