Job Summary (List Format):
- Facilitate agile sprint ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) and maintain the team backlog in Azure DevOps.
- Track and communicate delivery and release metrics (velocity, burndown, deployment frequency, lead time, etc.) to stakeholders.
- Own and manage the release calendar and all related change documentation, enforcing the end-to-end release process (code freezes, regression, go/no-go, rollbacks, environment promotion).
- Enforce release gates, including regression execution, code quality/security scans, test coverage, and traceability.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) process for production incidents and ensure follow-through on corrective actions.
- Proactively identify and escalate technical risks (upstream delays, environment issues, pipeline failures) before they impact delivery.
- Champion SAFe ceremonies (PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt, Scrum of Scrums) and align squad work with PI objectives.
- Drive adoption of automated testing and maintain technology modernization and tech debt visibility/prioritization.
- Coach team members on agile principles, self-organization, and sustainable pace, shielding them from external disruptions and scope creep.
- Maintain a comprehensive release audit trail and monitor post-deployment health using tools like Azure Monitor and Splunk.
- Requires 5+ years as a Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or Technical Project Manager, with hands-on release management experience.
- Must possess technical literacy (CI/CD, API contracts, SQL, cloud) and hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub.
- Experience in enterprise change management and SAFe/scaled agile frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills, especially for translating technical issues for non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to enforce engineering quality practices and own RCA processes.
