Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead agile transformation and drive delivery excellence across multiple teams and projects. This role offers hands-on opportunity to coach teams on Scrum, SAFe, and continuous improvement while managing complex stakeholder relationships and project execution.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) and coach teams on Agile principles, SAFe practices, Kanban, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Remove impediments, manage risks proactively, and ensure smooth sprint execution while building strong relationships with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams
  • Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver projects using Agile, SAFe, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies; develop project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular project updates to leadership and clients; collaborate with business stakeholders to define product vision and priorities
  • Create, refine, and prioritize the product backlog; translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Mentor Agile teams and promote accountability and high performance; demonstrate hands-on knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases to support requirement analysis and data validation
  • Apply expertise in Jira and Azure DevOps to manage project workflows, track team progress, and ensure visibility across initiatives

Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager with demonstrated expertise in Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies
  • Strong proficiency with Jira and Azure DevOps; working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Proven ability to facilitate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and lead through influence without direct authority
  • Solid understanding of risk management, team leadership, and organizational change management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements and communicate effectively at all levels
  • Experience with Product Owner responsibilities, backlog management, and user story development
  • Ability to work onsite and adapt to a fast-paced, collaborative environment
