Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

Full stack role - 60%, 40%
Planning and executing to meet sprint objectives as well as program/project milestones as a member of the scrum team.
Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
Create and maintain software documentation
Collaborate with the Scrum team to plan milestones, successfully execute software delivery, and escalate issues as needed

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:


   5+ years' experience as a full-stack developer
   2+ years' experience working with MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node) stack in a professional environment (Canada or equivalent)
   2+ years' of unit testing experience with both frontend and backend code
   2+ years of experience working with microservice architecture
   2+ years' experience working in Agile/ Scrum framework
   Experience working with monorepo architecture
   Demonstrated experience working with Gitflow branching strategy
   Experience working with Trunk based branching strategy
   Excellent communication skills with ability to influence decision making across stakeholders
   Effective organization, planning, and time management skills
   Post-secondary education, preferably in computer science, engineering
   Canadian bootcamp experience an asset
   A Scrum certification would be an asset
