Job description
Job Description Senior PC Support Technician Knoxville, TN 100% onsite role - 5 days a week $38-40/hr Qualifications An associate or bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field is preferred. Experience in lieu of a degree may be considered. Requires 6-8 years of experience supporting complex end user technologies.
Experience with operating system installations deployed from MECM (Microsoft Endpoint Config Manger) (SCCM). Experience with PXE and Boot media to be used in production environments in conjunction with MECM. Meaning you have used a boot method to start up from the network instead of hard drive, and pulled OS image from a server Computer certifications from CompTia A+, Network+, Security+ are preferred.
Working knowledge of Windows Servers, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra, PowerShell, Group Policies, Microsoft Office 365, BeyondTrust remote control software (Bomgar), and ServiceNow ticket management system is preferred. Experience with software deployment and endpoint management using Bigfixs preferred. Knowledge of building Images and scripting is desired.
