Job description

Salary:

Job Purpose: Providing process and spiritual leadership with excellence offering truth spoken in love and peace of mind to women facing the possibility of an unplanned pregnancy to empower her with critical life-saving information.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  1. Pray with the Advocate and Medical Team concerning patients of the day.
  2. Complete all items included on the Advocate Training Checklist.
  3. Advocate for her patient while overseeing the Focus 15 Step Patient Process.
  4. Facilitate a seamless flow between Patient Resources and Medical Services.
  5. Commit to following the Advocate Script with every Communicate with Patient Resources Administrator if the script and/or process is not followed.
  6. Communicate any patient flow issues to the Nurse Supervisor of your shift.

Other Responsibilities:

  1. Attend departmental and volunteer meetings as necessary
  2. Assist with fundraisers as necessary

Required Qualifications:

  1. Be a committed Christian who demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
  2. Exhibits a strong commitment and dedication to the pro-life position.
  3. Agree with and is willing to uphold Statement of Principle, Statement of Faith, and policies of the ministry.
  4. Possess the characteristics of self-control, honesty, humility, courteousness, respectfulness, and responsibility when engaging with staff, volunteers, and management.
  5. Display an attitude of submission to authority while serving in the ministry joyfully.
  6. Possess high emotional intelligence with the ability to stay calm and collected in stressful situations.
  7. Has the ability to work well independently as part of a team.
  8. Has the ability to carry out with little to no supervision.
  9. Has the ability to maintain confidentiality concerning patient records.
  10. Meet all requirements listed on the application.
  11. Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
