Responsibilities
  • Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
  • Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding homes
  • Deliver comprehensive written feedback to help clients refine their search criteria
  • Draft and negotiate offers for sales agents and their clients
  • Dedicate at least 10 hours per week to lead generation
  • Engage in weekly script practice as per team guidelines
  • Take part in team activities according to team standards
  • Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls
