Role Overview
Xico Lighting is hiring a Customer Support & Quotes Coordinator to support our architectural sales agents by preparing accurate quotations and maintaining clean Salesforce records.
This is an execution-focused, process-driven role. The primary responsibility is to convert incoming agent requests into structured opportunities and quotations using established pricing tools and scripts.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working within defined systems and workflows.
Core Responsibilities:
Quotation Processing:
  • Receive quote requests from sales agents via email.
  • Create opportunities in Salesforce.
  • Build quotations using approved price books and pricing scripts.
  • Select correct product codes, configurations, and quantities.
  • Review for accuracy before release.
  • Send completed quotations back to agents in a timely manner.
Salesforce & Data Management:
  • Maintain clean and complete opportunity records.
  • Ensure documentation is properly attached and organized.
