Job description

Health Care System which includes a team of Fellowship trained Orthopedic Surgeons seek to add a full-time orthopedic Physician Assistant. The position includes both the OR and the clinic. This is a very busy sport and general orthopedic practice. Doctors utilize the most minimally invasive procedures and advanced technology. Responsibilities include: first assist, running clinics, pre- and post-operative H&P s, joint injections, writing scripts, removing casts and pins, consultation and patient evaluation and education, reviewing lab results in both a clinic and hospital setting. The position offers a very good work/life balance with minimal call.
Successful Physician Assistant should be PANCE-Certified and the doctors prefer some orthopedic clinic and OR experience. New graduates are welcome to apply if they have completed an orthopedic rotation and are from the region.
The location is in a very desirable Boston suburb (25 minutes to Boston) in an upscale area within the Dedham area. Very competitive compensation plan and a full benefits package is provided.
