POSITION SUMMARY

Office Assistant duties and responsibilities include completing outreach phone calls and scheduling intakes for

successful engagement. Additionally, recording all attempts and moving clients to closed when unsuccessful at

engagement or services are declined.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

● Contact members and offer services utilizing provided script

● Schedule intakes for successfully engaged members

● Complete close out process for members who are unable to be reached or decline services

● Complete OTF report of MIF members who have been outreached.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

● Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or any other relevant administrative role

● High proficiency in MS Excel

● Excellent organizational and time management skills

● Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving

● Proficient at proofreading documents

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Proficiency in MS Office
