Job description

  • Operate winding machines in accordance with production schedules and work instructions 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area 
  • Follow all safety practices and wear required PPE at all times 
  • Adhere to company policies, HSE standards, and quality procedures 
  • Complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision 
  • Support team operations and perform other duties as assigned
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred 
  • Minimum of three years of verifiable work history 
  • Ability to learn technical processes, repair, and assembly procedures 
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and sound judgment 
  • Demonstrated reliability, dependability, and consistent attendance 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
