Responsibilities include:

 Undergoing new hire training that encompasses the following:

o Developing a strong foundation of FilePoint’s mission and guiding principles

o Understanding the purpose of our service and how our practices have been successful within the financial service industry

o Attaining a general overview each service offering

o Progressing through a guided training matrix to develop skillsets for use in the production environment


Ongoing responsibilities include:

o Executing client deliverables and reviewing projects within the guided timeframes and client turnaround times while maintaining high quality control and efficiency

o Working with others to solve problems 

o Corresponding with clients, as needed, to finish out a project

o Communicating with Leads regarding progress of project deliverables; including timing, challenges and solutions

· High aptitude for learning new technical skills and computer software 

· Advanced Microsoft Office skills

· Enjoys troubleshooting and has a solution-oriented mindset

· Ability to identify and create new processes to improve and automate workflow

· Has high quality control and responds positively to feedback

· Technical writing skills for clear and concise internal and external communication 

· Works well with others in a team environment but able to work independently on long copy jobs

· Desktop publishing, typesetting, graphic communications, print production, training, HTML, XML, or IT support 

· Exposure to or interest in scripting/programming languages (Python, JavaScript, VBA, or similar)

· Bonus: experience with regex, spreadsheet formulas/macros, version control (Git), no-code automation tools, or Adobe CC suite
