Job Summary
We are seeking a full time experienced screen printer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience operating manual and automatic screen printing equipment and maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities 
  • Screen printing of various projects using both automatic and manual presses
  •  Clear understanding of screen printing processes and terminology 
  • Burn, reclaim, and recycle screens 
  • Prepare, clean and maintain inks
  • Use and maintain all screen printing equipment
  • Perform quality checks and make adjustments on any products produced
  • Set up, operate and break down both manual and automatic presses
  • Start up, maintain, and clean presses per guidelines
  • Ensure cleanliness of work area
  • Assist with inventory of inks and supplies 
  • Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
  • Abide by all safety guidelines and company procedures  
  • Document job settings and quality checks for repeatability
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time while producing prints 
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Be reliable, punctual and have strong communication skills
  • Be a team player with a positive attitude
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3-5 years previous screen printing experience required 
  • High school diploma
