Job description

Property Prep, LLC is an established maintenance provider to the residential and commercial sectors. We service everything from single family homes to 250,000 sq. ft. commercial properties. We have two immediate openings for senior maintenance techs.

Examples of minimum skills we would expect someone has:Plumbing

Change a faucet, vanity, and toilet

Repair a toilet, faucet, or Sloan valve

Cap a plumbing line using a sharkbite or sweating a cap

Pressure testing lines

Finding leaks and repairing them

Clearing/cleaning a drain

Able to use a gas detector to find a leak

Electrical

Ability to swap out a fixture, light switch, or outlet

Ability to change a ballast if taught

Ability to change light bulbs with appropriate replacement

HVAC

Ability to change furnace filters flowing the right way

Ability to change a thermostat, install a new fuse, and troubleshoot basic issues

Ability to bleed radiators

Painting and drywall

Ability to patch a hole in drywall or plaster

Ability to paint a room in a workman-like manner

Carpentry

General repairs

Installing hand railings

Installing an entry, interior, or screen door in a workman-like manner
