We're dedicated to maintaining a passionate and fun team culture that consistently delivers guests the most memorable and amazing dining and entertainment experience in the world. We are an all-scratch kitchen that prides ourselves on our fresh ingredients, seasonal menus, high food quality standards and exceptional service. You will tend to guests in a unique and upscale entertainment-dining venue offering a Bistro, Bowling, and Bocce. Serving Italian/American cuisine out of our scratch kitchen, an extensive wine list, local craft beers, and thoughtful handcrafted cocktails


It is preferable to have previous restaurant experience, but it is not required. Our training program will set every team member up to be successful from the start.


What you'll be doing as our Host:

  • Provides memorable guest service
  • Accurately takes reservations over the phone and in person
  • Able to answer questions about Pinstripes and the guest experience
  • Check in guests and seat them appropriately
  • Work together as a cohesive team with other team members to ensure that the restaurant is operated efficiently
  • Offer suggestions and recommendations based on guest preferences
  • Help personalize the experience
  • Process payment
  • Maintain a clean working environment
  • Must have the ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to be on your feet for up to 6 hours
  • Must always be neat in appearance and follow uniform and grooming guidelines
