Daily Pay Range:

Pay will vary for day-to-day assignments and is typically more for long-term placements. Pay varies by certification, school, and assignment.

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, associate's degree or college credits
  • Three professional references, including at least one from a previous supervisor
  • State & federal background checks

Youll Stand Out If You:

  • Passion for education and putting students first
  • An empathetic nature, a growth mindset, and a drive to be the best you can be
  • Have a teaching credential/certificate or 30-Day Substitute Teaching Permit
  • Have previous experience in special education settings
  • Are bilingual and/or have bilingual teaching experience

What Youll Do:

  • Supervise and support students in the classroom, playground, or cafeteria
  • Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment. Encourage student engagement and participation throughout the day
  • Manage classroom routines, behavior, and transitions, following any lesson plans left by the teacher
  • Communicate clearly with school staff
  • Leave brief notes or feedback for the returning teacher
