The Opportunity
Are you an experienced Recruitment Manager looking for your next challenge in the Life Sciences sector? SciPro New York is hiring a Recruitment Manager to lead a small, dynamic team focused across Life Sciences recruitment on the East Coast. If you have experience managing a recruitment team, we want to hear from you-even if your experience is in a different market.
This pivotal role will help drive the success and expansion of our SciPro success 2025 and beyond.
  • Team Management & Support: Lead and support a small team, providing guidance, training, goal-setting, and regular performance reviews to ensure all targets are exceeded.
  • Hiring: Sourcing, interviewing, and selecting talent to ensure team growth and alignment with company growth goals. Ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Business Development: Actively engage in generating new business by identifying potential clients, pitching recruitment services, and negotiating contracts to bring in revenue for the company and roles for your team to support on.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Placement: Participate in the recruitment process by sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality candidates for open roles, ensuring personal billings contribute to overall revenue.
  • Administrative & Reporting Tasks: Handle administrative tasks like reporting key metrics to senior leadership, while also managing team workflows and priorities.

We are seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead our Commercial sector leveling up our permanent recruitment teams within LHi Group's SciPro brand to help drive our company's vision and market success through high level and significant hiring and sales strategy.
Office Overview
New York is the largest of our four US offices, we have an entire floor, in the heart of FiDi (Financial District) Manhattan, around the corner from Fulton Street Station, which is perfectly positioned for commuters from Brooklyn, Jersey and Manhattan. The office is surrounded by all the amenities you could need and boasts enviable views of the Manhattan Skyline including the Brooklyn Bridge and One World Trade to name a few.
What are we looking for?
• Proven track-record of success building a recruitment desk mentoring or managing a team buildout
• Sales and Recruitment experience required
• A desire for in-office presence with management/leadership aspirations
• Experience in leading a candidate focused team to generate healthy revenue and maintain business
• A self-motivated, and self-starter attitude with the ability to identify, and create new opportunities alongside our global top billing leadership team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Competitive salary ($80,000-$120,000K base) + lucrative team override; quarterly, half year, and full year bonuses
