Scientific Program Scheduler
The Opportunity:
As a scientific program management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it's imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That's why we need you, a scientific program scheduler who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication for our customers' most pressing chemical and biological protection missions.
On our team, you'll implement and maintain organizational programs to accelerate technology transitions from our customers' scientific programs. You'll work with key stakeholders to review and plan accelerated deliverable timelines. You'll help with tactical planning using resources like Microsoft Project and regular interactions with subject matter experts, program analysts, and customers.

You Have:
  • 2+ years of experience managing integrated master schedules for scientific or engineering programs
  • 2+ years of experience utilizing MS Project
  • Experience developing an integrated master schedule
  • Knowledge of multiple program management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
  • Ability to use multiple program scheduling and management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Smartsheet
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:
  • Knowledge of biological, chemical, or engineering science concepts
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a Business Management, Scientific, or Engineering related field
  • Scheduling Certifications such as PMI-SP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
