POSITION SUMMARY
Cryoport is seeking a Program Coordinator to join the Program Management team. The coordinator will support the PMs to collaborate and coordinate internal teams to meet client expectations as well as company goals. This role is critical in anticipating and mitigating risks to ensure programs are flawlessly implemented and executed and succeed on all 3 constraints (scope, budget, and schedule). The successful candidate will be part of cross-functional teams to provide administrative support in managing new and existing client programs. The successful candidate can pivot quickly, is comfortable in navigating ambiguity and has incredible attention to detail.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (Include but not limited to):
  • Coordinate project tasks and responsibilities for cross-functional departments, document mitigation steps for any gaps or unforeseen issues and document details of specific needs of each work stream to ensure high-quality, on-time execution.
  • Facilitate project communications on behalf of the primary Program Manager(s) with external stakeholders, collaborators and partners to synchronize with internal activities and prevent project timeline delays as needed.
  • Organize and distribute client program documents and deliverables for easy access by all project team members on multiple platforms.
  • Interacts with Quality Assurance/Regulatory personnel to drive Problem Reports to closure.
  • Supports PMs on revenue recognition for projects and verifies final information for Accounting Department prior to invoices release.
  • Assists in setup of client project the IMS/WMS and manages material, ensuring IMS/WMS is always current.
  • Applies Good Manufacturing Principles (GMP) in all areas of responsibility.
  • Support process definition, SOP and work instruction development, project template optimization and document revisions to continually drive operational efficiencies and the creation of scalable workflows for client programs.
  • Review project documents, including executed SOWs and Quality Agreements.
  • Influence business, operations and technology stakeholders as well as leaders across the organization to drive strategic initiatives for clients.

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's Degree in life sciences or related field required
  • Understanding of biopharma, medical device or life sciences industry & terminology.
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience coordinating programs and/or projects of increasing complexity in the life sciences or medical device industries is required.
  • 1+ years. experience in a client-facing role in the pharma, biotech, or medical device industries.
  • Proficient in Office 365 (Excel, Project, Power Point, SharePoint and Teams), CRM (NetSuite, Salesforce) and Project Management Systems (AdaptiveWork, Zoho, Smartsheet, etc)
