The Director oversees the complete conversion lifecycle—from raw data audits and IMRAD structural modeling to simulated double-blind peer-review panels and formal indexing across international citation databases (Scopus, Web of Science, PubMed, IEEE). 5. Intellectual Property Structuring & Copyright Licensing: Navigating institutional open-access protocols, Creative Commons frameworks, Digital Object Identifier (DOI) assignments, and sovereign author-retention rights.

• Master’s Degree (Required), Ph.D. Preferred in Quantitative Research, Economics, Data Science, Public Policy, Applied Sciences, or a related technical/STEM discipline.
  

• Proven track record of authored, co-authored, or strategically edited peer-reviewed papers published in indexed international journals.
  

• 5+ years of professional experience in academic publishing, institutional research think tanks, management consultancy research wings, or enterprise R&D.
